Cloud Lead Manager

In this role, you act as the interlock between Marketing and Sales for the Cloud Data Services business unit as part of the Global Demand Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in lead management, reporting, and analysis to highlight opportunities to improve our frictionless sales process through data-driven insights.  The candidate must also have functional knowledge of marketing B2B lead generation and sales development, preferably in a SaaS business model.

 

An ability to work collaboratively with the Virtual Inside Sales teams to accomplish both Marketing and Sales initiatives is an essential part of the role. Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrate an ability to translate reporting insights to Marketing and Sales leadership. Day to day, you will champion the adoption of the lead management process amongst the Cloud inside sales teams, becoming responsible for all lead management process development and SDR training. You’ll collect feedback from sales teams and share back with Marketing to improve the lead management process and effectiveness of our demand generation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy real-time measurability within the right tool sets and deliver weekly and monthly reporting on lead management KPIs, summarizing outcomes and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure 100% lead routing success, and work collaboratively with the Virtual Inside Sales teams to accomplish >90% SLA adherence
  • Host weekly Lead Management Reviews with Marketing and Sales teams to review insights on KPIs from delivered reports
  • Lead management process documentation and training of SDRs
  • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Automation team to support the alignment of process and data across our Marketing Automation platforms and CRMs

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% lead routing success, and work collaboratively with the Virtual Inside Sales teams to accomplish >90% SLA adherence

  • Lead management process documentation and training of SDRs
  • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Automation team to support the alignment of process and data across our Marketing Automation platforms and CRMs
  • Collaborate with campaigns teams to ensure correct tagging and measurement of leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Build and support a frictionless, SaaS lead and opportunity creation process through daily inspection and measurement
  • Accountable for weekly inspection of leads to identify internal lead management process issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Be responsible for ad-hoc requests from teams across the Cloud organization for data and analysis from Salesforce.com
  • Insidesales.com administration and development/optimization of sales plays
  • Work with lead management counterparts in APAC and EMEA to maintain process and reporting consistency globally for Cloud

 

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
