Job Description
SketchUp is one of the most popular 3D modeling and design tools in the world. Today, hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, contractors, woodworkers, artists, and other creatives use SketchUp’s suite of products to design everything from transit centers to tree houses and everything in between.

SketchUp’s Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Intern with strong writing and project management skills. We don’t expect that you’re expertly studied in SketchUp on day one, but we do expect that you’ll show up eager to elevate our marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities
By the end of your internship, you’ll have the chance to add these bullet points to your resume:

1) Research best-in-class retention campaigns and present findings and recommendations to Marketing stakeholders

2) Develop a marketing campaign for newly subscribed SketchUp customers, leading the project from concept to execution by:

• Identifying target audiences in Marketo CRM
• Leading copywriting for two persona-specific emails
• Building email campaigns in Marketo, including project managing creative development as needed
• Analyzing the campaign against established KPIs and share findings with stakeholders

3) Working with data analysts and Marketing team, identify customer journey pain-points and use those insights to identify 1-2 marketing initiatives to alleviate these issues

4) Produce one piece of content for the SketchUp blog

5) Contribute to our social media program by sharing content across platforms

6) Support marketing projects as needed across digital channels

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student

-Ability to work up to 40 hours/week from early June 2019 to mid-to-late August 2019
-Strong project management skills and execution track record

-Strong writing and communication skills

-Interest in a career in digital marketing

-Familiarity with Google Apps

-Bonus points: Familiarity with SketchUp; CRM experience (preferably Marketo)
