Marketing Events & Communications Coordinator
The Marketing Events & Communications Coordinator is a key part of the marketing department. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various types of events all with an eye for marketing. You will also be working closely with our PR partners to ensure clear and on brand communication.
You are:
- Comfortable in an experimental and fast-paced environment
- You maintain a high level of organization and productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
- Data-driven with high attention to detail and the ability to test and measure all communications
- Strong communicator – both written and verbally
You can expect to:
- Independently coordinate in-person and virtual marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
- Work with our public relations firm to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials
- Manage a calendar and execute on delivery of all social media content including, but not limited to, media placements, feature releases, case studies and recruiting efforts
- Conduct market research and identify trends to enhance strategies
Candidate Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and events
- Previous real estate marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or public relations
- Salesforce, Marketo and Creative Cloud experience a plus
- Travel to in-person events less than 25%

- Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
