Marketing Data Analyst
Quantum Metric is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to build a robust, scalable reporting infrastructure, and regularly provide actionable sales and marketing insights to marketing leaders, executives, and our board of directors. You will Analyze sales & marketing funnels, and report on marketing KPIs like leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, conversion rates. Measure the ROI of each marketing channel and campaign, including tracking email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates), website traffic, social media engagement, and the budget & performance of paid ads. Design & distribute visualized executive dashboards and campaign performance tracking reports, using Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics (available today) and eventually by helping us invest in a more robust business intelligence tool. Create monthly & quarterly visualized executive reports & powerpoint presentations for marketing leadership and the board of directors, tracking set metrics over time & highlighting marketing team wins and areas for growth.Lead regular data-centric meetings to provide marketing leaders with actionable data & insights to improve active campaigns & marketing projects. Assist with conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking dataAccept ad hoc analytical requests, and work with marketing team members to automate regular reports for specific functions.
Responsibility

Requirements
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis and visualization.
- Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Some experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.
- Technical writing experience, including queries, reports and presentations
- Knowledge of the BI Tool landscape
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
