Marketing Copywriter
This position is responsible for writing internal and external copy that is clear and concise. This person will match our style and can connect with our audience. The ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail.

You Can Expect To:
- To write and produce copy for print and digital media channels, focused primarily on external communication.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to brainstorm and develop a variety of lead-generating marketing materials
- Develop new and creative ideas for content strategy, along with managing the current content calendar
- Have in-depth knowledge of our real estate client’s audience. While challenging traditional thinking with an innovative approach
- Ability to interpret creative briefs to create a personalized journey for the user across the entire interface
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving market, industry trends, and digital innovations
Candidate Competencies:
- 3+ years of copywriting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing
- Experience in luxury real estate marketing with expertise in single-family, multi-family, master-planned, and commercial preferred
- B2B or SaaS driven experience
- Creativity. adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Creative Cloud and other software applications (i.e., Google Drive and Dropbox)
