We are looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Copywriter to write compelling, on-brand copy that maintains the unique voice of MeetMindful while driving specific user actions. Who you are:

• A powerful writer that understands how to connect with people with intention and authenticity as a way of driving user actions.

• You are actively involved in the spirituality/mindfulness community, share its values, and understand what drives our customers.

What You’ll be Doing:

As the marketing copywriter you’ll be asked to develop succinct copy with integrity and authenticity that drives action from users across our digital programs. To connect with our customers will require an understanding of how to finesse marketing intent with product value in unconventional ways. This position works cross-functionally with product, acquisition, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams.

• Competency in writing accurate, compelling and succinct copy with an attention to grammar and brand guidelines.

• Can create messaging for all marketing mediums: social, direct response, email, etc.

• Work with graphic designers and the broader marketing team to create engaging, SEO-rich web content.

• Ensure all copy communicates a consistent voice and style throughout all forms of communications.

• You will outline, draft and edit emails and miscellaneous website copy.

• You will translate marketing strategy and objectives into direct response creatives that generate strong response rates

• You will manage and report your progress for ongoing writing projects.

• Self-edit and proofread written assets prior to delivery.

• A deep resonance with our mission and values as an organization

• High levels of emotional intelligence and a drive for continual self-improvement

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing copywriting

• Strong preference for mindfulness/spirituality or online dating experience

• Strong digital, social media and non-traditional marketing background a plus

• Must have a portfolio that demonstrates strong abilities, standout creative thinking, and exceptional writing skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with mobile dating and social apps

• Experience working with Agile or Lean Startup methodologies
