Zayo is looking for a creative, motivated and highly collaborative Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator role is an integral part of producing marketing materials that support Zayo’s business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with excellent time management, multi-tasking, organization, and verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills and forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong brand footprint. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under tight deadlines are also a must.
Develop materials that communicate Zayo’s products value propositions
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, stakeholders, Corporate Communications team, Strategic Marketing team, product teams, etc. to produce collateral in alignment with brand standards
Manage multiple and concurrent high-priority projects including, but not limited to, coordination and production
Maintain and update all brand and marketing materials
Liaise with Strategic Marketing Team to execute campaigns
Facilitate implementation of digital technologies and best practices
Assist in the creation and implementation SEO initiatives to drive traffic to zayo.com
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Understanding of how current digital marketing channels function
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Pardot/Email Marketing platform, and Salesforce/CRM software is preferred
Proficiency in the Adobe product suite, most notably Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
Project management skills
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
B2B marketing experience preferred
Multilingual a plus
