Conscious Transformation is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator in Littleton, Colorado. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities, all of which aim to connect and drive the Conscious Transformation community. 

This role is a good fit for people with a desire to help others by being a driving force in the communication strategy for Conscious Transformation's growing community. A person with 3-5 years of marketing experience, specifically with email campaigns using Pardot, with a strong desire to grow personally and professionally will be most successful in this role.

What You Will Do :

• Ensure email campaigns are conveyed clearly and delivered properly 
• Ensure emails are sent in proper form and template through Pardot
• Maintain clean lists in Pardot
• Track marketing campaigns and create reports in Pardot
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of email lists in Pardot
• Assist with weekly and monthly email campaign planning
• Monitor performance and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
• Create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns, and promotions through Pardot
• Load and QA events and programming on the website 
• Assist in the content creation of landing pages for Ads and other paid campaigns
• Social Media content creation and posting
• Participation in Denver CT events

Requirements:

• Content Marketing, social media, and writing experience
• High level of Pardot experience, specifically managing lists, templates, and cadence

• Ability to turn creativity into solid marketing solutions
• Ability to work well under pressure and according to deadlines
• Self-direction, tact, and diplomacy when working with CT community members

• Working knowledge of, and desire to learn more about, the ins and outs of the professional and personal development industry

Nice to have:

• Digital marketing background, including paid and search
• Digital strategy experience, including creating and measuring campaigns
