Marketing Coordinator

Position Description
The Marketing Coordinator will work with Field Marketing team members to help coordinate and execute local targeted marketing campaigns and go to market programs that are aligned with Zayo's brand strategy. This role will report directly into the Global Field Marketing & Partnerships team.
Responsibilities
Provide support to marketing team members
Manage timelines and project plans
Serve as an internal marketing resource for marketing assets
Work with teams to prepare for customer events and meetings by compiling marketing materials and pulling sales reports
Help with the facilitation of collaborative marketing program -- communication, execution, tracking, reporting
Interface with event vendors, including catering, trade show and rental companies
Manage internal events
Assist in the implementation of a communication plan for each event
Generate brand awareness at events through signage, swag, speakers, ect.
Work closely with Sales and Executive Engagement to drive high levels of attendance and participation of our key contacts
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-3 years office experience, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to edit and reconcile information
Demonstrates a keen eye for details
Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask with strong attention to detail
Can lift up to 30 lbs
