We are on the hunt for a stellar Marketing Coordinator, based in our Denver, CO office, who is passionate about supporting customer relationship management, business development, internal communication, and partner campaign efforts in the digital behavioral health space. This role supports Marketing strategy, planning and execution of various campaigns and projects, including the development of diverse email, print, social and related content.  Proven marketing and copywriting skills are required, as is a good eye for design including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and email development.  If you are a self-starter with a high degree of creative initiative as well as the expertise to contribute to many aspects of our business—from technology and value proposition development, to enabling sales and partner success—we’re excited to speak with you. 

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

  • Content and campaign planning, production, organization and reporting; including the development of web, social, email, presentation and print collateral. This includes product marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and corporate brand assets such as flyers, blogs, case studies, infographics, presentation materials, etc.
  • Support the management, monitoring and execution of marketing strategy, design standards and brand voice to consistently present a unified brand message
  • Facilitate strategic outreach via audience segmentation efforts, as well as data hygiene improvements
  • Perform effective intake and discovery of business needs, understand unique selling propositions, and work directly with company stakeholders as needed
  • Monitor and report Marketing and Business Development analytics, including email performance
  • Support diverse partner, prospect and internal initiatives ranging from requests for information (RFIs) to facilitating content for partner promotions

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Qualified candidates will be expected to provide writing samples or access to a portfolio of work as part of the interview process
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) – some on-the-job training available
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Aptitude for developing HTML email content using a service like MailChimp; beginner/basic HTML knowledge related to email and web development
  • An adaptable self-starter passionate about delivering excellence with a high degree of creative initiative, organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent and effective copywriting skills for B2B and B2C that is adaptable to different business and cultural contexts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects autonomously and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Good design eye and solid graphic design skills to help create, edit and polish final deliverables
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communications, including rigorous proofreading and quality assurance skills
  • Responsive and adaptable to direction and feedback from Clinical, Product and Quality Assurance teams

  • Prior experience writing for the healthcare industry
  • Past success managing and organizing promotional presence at tradeshows and industry events, including effectively managing costs, deadlines and third-party vendors related to shipping, purchasing, printing collateral, etc.
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) to post, edit and manage website content
  • Understanding of social media best practices and functionality
