This position is great for someone who has a few years of experience or is returning to work after being out for a period of time.  The offices are downtown near Union Station (and the position comes with an EcoPass as part of a generous benefits package) but does have the option of working remotely a couple of days a week.  If you are a disciplined individual with a history of self-management in a busy, autonomous role this could be a great fit.

The marketing coordinator will assist in all aspects of driving customer acquisition, lead assignment, loyalty marketing, email engagement and nurture campaigns for existing customers and prospects within a B2B SaaS environment. This position will have ongoing responsibilities to assist in supporting events and the development of marketing campaigns in a digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Help to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels using marketing and sales tools
  • List management, analysis and data maintenance
  • Assist with internal communication and sales enablement programs
  • Manage a variety of regional events, tradeshows, seminars and conferences
  • Collaborate with marketing team and sales regions on ways to promote and drive event registrations
  • Ensure deadlines are met for all event-related activities, purchases, promotions and deliverables
  • Manage the marketing calendar, event budgets and report on event metrics
  • Maintain collateral inventory and coordinate the production of print materials, case studies and product sheets
  • Measure, track and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Support execution of internal corporate events
  • Manage all components of account-based marketing execution, including research on best practices
  • Provide administrative support to marketing team as needed
  • Provide onsite support for events when needed
  • Other related duties as needed

Job type: Non-exempt, Full-time (option to work remotely part of the time)

Qualifications:

  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Prompt, appropriate follow-up
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Technical skills with systems and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often virtual environment
  • Self-motivated with a track record for supporting projects and campaigns
  • Past experience in marketing preferred
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills to interact with colleagues, regional teams and vendor partners
  • Experience with—or willingness to learn—Pardot and Salesforce
  • BA/BS degree or one to two years’ equivalent work experience
