Marketing Coordinator
This position is great for someone who has a few years of experience or is returning to work after being out for a period of time. The offices are downtown near Union Station (and the position comes with an EcoPass as part of a generous benefits package) but does have the option of working remotely a couple of days a week. If you are a disciplined individual with a history of self-management in a busy, autonomous role this could be a great fit.
The marketing coordinator will assist in all aspects of driving customer acquisition, lead assignment, loyalty marketing, email engagement and nurture campaigns for existing customers and prospects within a B2B SaaS environment. This position will have ongoing responsibilities to assist in supporting events and the development of marketing campaigns in a digital marketing environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Help to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels using marketing and sales tools
- List management, analysis and data maintenance
- Assist with internal communication and sales enablement programs
- Manage a variety of regional events, tradeshows, seminars and conferences
- Collaborate with marketing team and sales regions on ways to promote and drive event registrations
- Ensure deadlines are met for all event-related activities, purchases, promotions and deliverables
- Manage the marketing calendar, event budgets and report on event metrics
- Maintain collateral inventory and coordinate the production of print materials, case studies and product sheets
- Measure, track and report on marketing campaign performance
- Support execution of internal corporate events
- Manage all components of account-based marketing execution, including research on best practices
- Provide administrative support to marketing team as needed
- Provide onsite support for events when needed
- Other related duties as needed

- BA/BS degree or one to two years’ equivalent work experience
