Marketing Coordinator
Pay Range: $50,000
Working in collaboration with our Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams, the Marketing Coordinator position covers a broad range of B2B marketing tactics. You'll create a wide range of content, assist on key product launches, help us test and optimize new ways to engage our potential customers, and everything in between.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to work collaboratively with members of the Marketing team and others across the company in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Write and edit copy for brochures, fliers, newsletters, website, whitepapers, blogs, emails, and other collateral materials, as assigned.
- Leverage all channels to help generate leads (webinars, content syndication, third party ads, nurture streams, etc.)
- Work with the cross-functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns and product launches.
- Help create and launch focused Account Based Marketing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a passion for connecting with audiences.
- Familiarity with creating content for multiple channels (web, social, print).
- Working knowledge of editing practices and style guides (ex. AP, Chicago).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing organization, preferably in a software or technology-focused industry.
- Understanding of marketing and communication theory and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
- Ability to adhere to brand style guidelines for tone and voice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with multimedia content development preferred.

- Travel required up to 10% of the time.

- Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
