Marketing Coordinator

Role. What we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about and interested in growing a career in marketing! This individual will work with our Demand Gen and Digital Marketing Manager to segment and target our audiences through comprehensive demand generation campaigns. They should be interested in finding creative ways to reach audiences in order to drive engagement and ultimately incremental revenue. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the execution of end-to-end demand generation campaigns to ensure the right message hits our users at the right time
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyers’ journey
- Work cross-functionally to project manage in-store multi-brand promotional programs, including signage, advertising, and operations
- Plan, develop and manage all webinar programs; work with internal and external teams to deliver webinars across a range of topics and to both our retail and enterprise audiences
- Execute tradeshows and events
- Develop marketing and sales collateral for use in email nurture campaigns, advertising campaigns, sales enablement, and more
- Partner with internal Design team to bring content and collateral to life
- Own Skupos’ social media channels - creating and sourcing content targeted at both our retail and enterprise audiences
- Manage any agency partners and relationships to assist with functions listed above
Skills & Experience. We are looking for:
- 2+ years marketing experience
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Demonstrated track record of coordinating and supporting successful communications projects
- Experience running digital and email campaigns
- Excellent strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
- Highly personable, always wants to learn more, humble
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
Salary is based on location and experience.
Salary range in Denver, CO: $40,000 - $55,000.

A Note on Covid...

As of July, our physical office spaces have reopened on a voluntary basis. Our Skuad members are allowed onsite if they are fully vaccinated (2 weeks past final vaccine dose).
