WHO YOU ARE...


As the first Marketing Coordinator at Maxwell, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills on a fast-growing, experienced B2B software marketing team. You will assist with the development, execution, and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns and account-based programs. 


A good fit for this role is highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a fast-moving team. You are business savvy with the desire to stay on top of emerging trends in both the mortgage industry and marketing. You have an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions and you are willing to occasionally step outside your role to take on business-driven tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Supporting the demand generation team with campaigns set up for email, social media, paid ads, and sales enablement
  • Assisting the content team by organizing and coordinating the distribution of premier content pieces and campaigns and keeping the content calendar up-to-date and accurate
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry news and reporting findings back to the team Helping to generate thought leadership content by coordinating interviews with experts inside and outside of the organization
  • Partnering with sales, product, customer success, and other teams to determine marketing needs. 
  • Collaborating with our Content team to maintain and create content for the website and blog
  • Coordinating logistics for events and webinars, including booking talent, ordering swag, and printing marketing collateral
  • Maintaining data integrity by cleaning, managing, and uploading data lists 
  • Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks that contribute to the success of the business

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE...

  • Prior experience or interest in marketing, demand generation, or a related field (bonus points if you have experience with B2B software)
  • Working knowledge of tools, such as email automation, Marketing and Sales CRMs, Wordpress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage projects and time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to learn more about the marketing function at a growing company and a willingness to grow along with it

Compensation Range: $45,000-$65,000
