Marketing Coordinator (Entry-level)

We are looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator who will help develop, execute, and optimize campaign strategy designed to create leads for the sales teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and can work independently but also collaboratively.
Other responsibilities include:
- Work with the cross-functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns (including digital, social, email, ABM and events).
- Lead creation of programs and testing/optimizing using our marketing automation platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs within a given budget, as well as develop ongoing performance reporting.
- Manage an A/B testing plan to constantly hone campaign performance.
- Develop programs and the strategy for products in partnership with Product Marketing, Development, and Sales.
- Partner with marketing operations and BDR team to ensure all reporting and lead generating activities are being tracked properly and followed up.
- Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams to ensure that all marketing materials are properly reviewed, approved, and syndicated.
- Help create and launch focused Account Based Marketing programs.
- Leverage all channels to help generate leads (webinars, content syndication, third party ads, nurture streams, etc.)
- Provide sales and stakeholders with weekly updates and maintain interlock across departments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in B2B marketing role
- BA/BS degree in related field preferred
- Solid understanding of campaign development and management across digital marketing channels
- Experience with buyer's journeys and orchestrating programs, vehicles, and campaigns to effectively reach audiences
- Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation software: Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot
- Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data analytics
- Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
