DispatchHealth Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Position Summary:

This person will be an integral part of coordinating and assisting in daily marketing efforts, supporting various departments and helping the marketing team implement marketing strategies on a corporate and regional level. Top responsibilities include developing and managing marketing collateral, vendor management, online community engagement, email marketing support, internal communications and coordinating projects.

This individual will have the unique opportunity to bring new ideas to the table and help build marketing programs that drive brand awareness and conversion. This position requires project management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate for this position has a high level of multitasking abilities and is results oriented and ambitious, with the ability to “think outside the box.”

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with local team members and creative agency on coordinating marketing projects, ensuring projects are brand-compliant and submitted on time
• Manage promo item and collateral requests, print production and marketing inventory; serve as vendor liaison and work to improve processes
• Assist with editorial calendar management and content development for blogs, online ads, social posts, email campaigns, website copy, partner communications and more
• Copy edit marketing material using AP style
• Assist with online community engagement including social media moderation and responding to reviews via Sprout Social; create customer insight reports
• Assist with executing marketing programs and requests for strategic partners including health systems, providers, payor organizations, senior communities and employers
• Improve internal marketing request processes, manage requests in a timely manner
• Assist with B2B, B2C and internal email marketing campaigns; manage bi-weekly partner email copy and creative; pull reports
• Work with HR and marketing on internal email newsletter; plan content, design emails and manage lists
• Serve as a liaison with agencies/vendors to execute direct mail campaigns and local advertising opportunities
• Work with agency on national event participation opportunities
• Potential to help build a consumer re-engagement/loyalty or referral program; research and propose innovative strategies and channels to deliver DispatchHealth value proposition along the customer journey
• Assist with new market implementation; work with Market Directors/Community Engagement as well as the operations team to ensure a successful launch

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing programs/campaigns
• Google analytics and Google Adwords knowledge a plus
• Prefer knowledge of healthcare operations
• Ability to think creatively and strategically

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related field
• Three (3) plus years of marketing experience in an agency and/or internal marketing department environment
