Marketing & Communications Generalist
As the Marketing & Communications Generalist at Choozle, you will be on the front lines of executing marketing strategies across multiple disciplines. The Marketing & Communications Generalist should not only be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and project management skills, but also the eagerness to create engaging content and strategies that tell the story of why our customers work with Choozle.
Responsibilities include managing content marketing & SEO efforts, social media management, demand generation, email marketing & nurturing campaigns, client retention strategies, management of awards & events, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION
- Develop and manage a content calendar that attracts a qualified audience and drives SEO
- Write, organize, and repurpose content marketing deliverables, i.e., collateral, web pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
- Develop and manage content across owned and earned social channels, including but not limited to posts, tweets, status updates, photos and videos to drive consistent, relevant traffic and engagement
- Develop and support email marketing and nurturing programs initiatives across pre-sale and post-sale programs
- Recommends marketing strategy adjustments to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development & optimization, advertising, and event planning
- Assist the marketing department in completion of other tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: reporting & analytics, monitoring industry trends and best practices, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools and support for events
- Support the marketing team and other departments to solve problems and create positive results for our customers
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and SEO techniques regarding program development and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel
- Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Powerpoint is preferred
- Experience in the digital advertising and programmatic industries, including knowledge of ad tech trends and techniques, and platforms
- Digital advertising or marketing campaign management experience, including creating and optimizing campaigns, selecting target audiences, and more
