Job Description

Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado  

Bonusly is looking for a customer-oriented, creative, and organized Marketing Campaign Specialist. We are looking for a thoughtful Specialist who can empathize with prospective customers and create campaigns that use excellent storytelling to successfully show them the value of Bonusly to address their needs. You will be able to leverage Bonusly's existing marketing resources and data, and you’ll capitalize on these assets to find the most effective ways to engage future clients along their journey. You’ll be challenged with turning ideas and learnings from data into comprehensive stories and persuasive copy, and we’ll look to you to help us drive and capture interest in our amazing employee engagement platform. 

Your team will build products that transform workplace recognition and feedback at the most innovative and fastest-growing companies in the world.

What you’ll do

• Create compelling stories and copy for landing pages, ads, emails, and more
• Leverage data and learnings about our audience and customers to drive interest in Bonusly
• Contribute to A/B testing across channels with conversion-focused copywriting 
• Immerse yourself into the perspective of the customer, and understand on a deep level what HR professionals care about 
• Work with various teams across Bonusly to synthesize and collect data, and report it back out to marketing 
• Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled team that loves to create high-quality, high-performing content and campaigns
• Continuously iterate and refine your processes to improve results

💯You should apply if you…..

• Have 2+ years of professional experience copywriting
• Have professional experience with A/B testing
• Have familiarity with lead nurturing and personalization 
• Have experience with Google Analytics 
• Have excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus points for…..

• Experience with Hubspot 
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization
• Experience copywriting for B2B Saas platforms 
• Experience with HR Tech

Compensation

• Target Base Salary: $67,500 - $82,500
• Target Equity: .02% - .05%
