The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for working in lockstep with the Senior Manager of Marketing Campaigns, sales and marketing leadership to execute, and continually optimize the demand generation of the markets in play. As lead of campaign execution, you'll manage the delivery of multiple campaigns and monitor and drive attendance of campaign members. Campaigns will include webinars, content, email, ads, social media, webpages, sales tools, tradeshows, association events and various other digital assets.

What You'll Do: 

  • Execute the campaign strategy and support the Manager of Campaigns as needed. Adjust throughout the year based on lead volume. Think creatively ensuring fast and efficient delivery of qualified leads to BDRs.
  • Work with BDR management team to ensure leads produced are converting to qualified sales opportunities.
  • Report on progress across markets, products, funnel, cohorts, tactics and more in near real time with a structured framework that ensures ability to change course as needed
  • Lead the quality delivery of assets that span webinars, eBooks, whitepapers, webpages, emails, paid ads, social ads, and more.
  • Work with sales managers and their teams to drive full funnel conversion metrics expected
  • Work with marketing team to ensure high quality deliverables and events.
  • Keep in constant contact with 3rd party associations, driving strategic events and lead contribution through trade shows, webinars, and digital placements
  • Identify and manage content resources, both internally and externally, driving the strategy, main messages, and ultimate delivery of content to market

What We Need In You:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in demand generation with SaaS companies
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo and other marketing tools
  • Strong leadership/motivational skills with a strong track record delivering results against aggressive goals and driving teams to meet those goals
  • Strategic thinker with ability to adjust to changing dynamics
  • Experience in working directly with sales
  • Experience working with business development reps
  • Ability to confidently and enthusiastically present to audiences including coworkers, customers and prospects
  • An enthusiastic, high energy team leader who is viewed as a "doer" on the team and across internal organizations
  • Willing to travel as needed
