What You’ll Do:
We’re increasing our investment in Account-Based Marketing and Channel Marketing and looking for someone to drive ABM programs, channel programs, and campaigns. In this role, you will help find gaps in our marketing to better serve future customers, by partnering with marketing operations and demand generation for new business insights.
You are passionate about driving execution excellence and pipeline growth for marketing programs. A master project manager, you are known for your immaculate attention to detail. You’re seen as a go-to person within your function to get things done. You understand the importance of communication and the value of tight relationships, cross-functionally, as well as within your direct team. As a highly creative strategist and an execution powerhouse, you have driven marketing programs that generate pipeline and can take demand generation to the next level. You have a good understanding of account-based marketing and digital strategies and are excited to support pipeline generation.
What you’ll need:
- Own the execution for marketing programs for Marketing Campaigns, working closely with various marketing functions and the inside sales teams
- Utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet qualified lead, pipeline and revenue goals
- Use a strong analytics background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize program performance
- Analyze CRM data on the health of accounts and database, create strategies to grow database for top account
- Support the management of paid media, social, and content/placement to ensure outstanding performance
- Streamline and simplify processes to drive frictionless, uncompromisingly simple program execution
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure all systems operating as expected, including lead routing, list population, etc.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent track record of driving targeted, optimized digital campaigns and programs
- Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars
- Master project management skills with superb attention to detail
- Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
- Experience with robust CRM systems

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
