The Marketing Campaign Manager plans and manages all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns across a host of products and services to ensure we achieve our ambitious business growth objectives. They work with key marketing stakeholders to gather information and manage the entire process of a campaign from development of the brief and implementation of high-quality work to tracking, optimizing and sharing out performance metrics to stakeholders. The Manager focuses on high-visibility campaigns that require seasoned support and oversight, to develop a repeatable, scalable management process complete with templates that our more junior team can learn as best practices.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Formulate campaign plans with the intention of acquiring both new and increasing our vendor penetration with our existing partner base. The includes end-to-end management with clear communication around ROI expectations to all stakeholders and SMEs 
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and media specialists who will deliver much of the campaign activity
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including ad performance, web analysis, email engagement, and evaluation of KPIs. Then, use this information to optimize the current campaign in market, inform future campaigns and strategic recommendations 
  • Work with entire Client Services team to develop a repeatable, consistent process across all departments and campaigns 
  • Lead and coach less experienced colleagues by displaying campaign management best practices 
  • Ensure that Pax8’s brand and identity is maintained and adhered across all campaigns 
  • Study marketing trends to ensure campaigns are effective and fresh 

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant experience, agency or enterprise marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills with experience pitching ideas and reporting measurement while uncovering key insights
  • Experience implementing scalable methods and sharing them across marketing and nonmarketing leadership
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
  • Experience with project management software (Wrike, Salesforce, and Marketo a plus)
  • Highly organized and process driven with an extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational. problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs

Required Education & Certifications:

  • A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $77,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
