Marketing Campaign Manager - Lumere
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing programs that promote GHX products and services (healthcare-specific business systems and services) to the healthcare market and the current customer base. With a focus on execution, the Marketing Campaign Manager designs and implements campaigns to help drive lead generation and support sales' efforts. In this position, the Marketing Campaign Manager works with internal stake holders and outside resources on content creation and campaign development. Additionally, this position will support industry events through development of promotional programs and materials, as well as other activities directed toward market awareness, customer acquisition, and building value for the GHX brand.As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in Lumere's success through your expertise in lead generation and campaign development/execution. This position offers significant exposure to Lumere's leadership team and the opportunity to develop both breadth and depth in many areas of our rapidly growing business.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact, integrated B2B demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals utilizing different channels (email, direct mail, social media, webinars, events, advertising)
- Design and implement impactful, account-based marketing campaigns within the assigned budget
- Brief all writers, graphic designers and agencies about the campaign goals and requirements
- Proof all promotional materials prepared by content and design team
- Develop content and enablement assets required for campaigns and sales team
- Execute and enhance a data-driven demand generation campaign strategy to achieve goals for an assigned market segment
- Conduct A/B testing across all channels to test, learn and optimize
- Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
- Determine KPIs, analyze campaign performance and measure ROI
- Strategize campaign calendar
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of working in a B2B software marketing team
- Self-starter with proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Background in driving targeted customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
- Robust skills in demand generation, marketing campaigns, marketing operations, and reporting
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
- Power user of Salesforce
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, MBA preferred
Estimated salary range: $65,930 - $78,971The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
