Marketing Campaign and Program Manager

TeamSnap is seeking a Marketing Campaign and Program Manager who easily blends both left-brain and right-brain thinking to drive consumer business growth (B2C), which consists of TeamSnap’s independent teams and members. You’ll be on Max Lorber’s team and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including design, product, and analytics.
What you’ll be doing:
- Improving the retention and re-engagement of TeamSnap’s members as well as creating programs that support various departments and functions
- Identifying opportunities, deploying usage, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, and optimizing performance across available channels for the full member life-cycle
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, and Intercom
- Consistently measuring, analyzing, and reporting on initiative and campaign performance to ensure we are tracking toward sustainable growth while also providing data-driven recommendations to increase retention
- Designing email, push, and other engagement campaigns and initiatives from end-to-end including creating tests and experiments, developing campaign strategy, and driving execution of campaigns through to completion
- Setting up campaigns across owned channels as well as collaborating with teammates to drive initiatives through other paid and social channels
Some things that are important:
- 5+ years of B2C consumer focused retention and life-cycle marketing experience
- Experience creating retention programs, executing campaigns and measuring performance for email, push and in-app campaigns
- Experience owning campaign budgets and executing to achieve KPI’s
- Deep understanding of all the TLA performance marketing metrics including LTV / CAC
- Experience collaborating with product managers and designers to test and measure habit-forming loops
- Experience launching and measuring cross-channel re-engagement strategies
- Ability to distill insights, optimize and execute campaigns, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies
Bonus points:
- Growth marketing mindset
- Experience delivering programs to support advertising initiatives
- Experience with SQL or using reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Mode Analytics
- Experience with referral programs, viral loops, SEO, and content marketing
- Be a parent, coach or participant in a recreational sport
- Ability to talk to animals, Doctor Doolittle-style
Location
We are headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, but this job is remote (unless you happen to live near Boulder, in which case you’re welcome to come to the office). TeamSnap is a mostly-distributed company, so you must be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same physical location as you or each other. While we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
