It is an exciting time to for our teams at Enquire and we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who will assist clients in their data migration and implement. If you love using Marketing Automation technology to solve business problems or create new solutions, this is the job for you. Organization, documentation, technical execution, responsiveness and independent thinking are a necessity.

Interested applicants must have 2+ years of experience helping businesses implement and manage marketing automation platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, ActOn and/or Marketo. The right candidate understands not only the nuts and bolts for these platforms but can also skillfully incorporate these tools into demand generation campaigns that drive results for clients.

What you will do:

• Implement Enquire’s MA software for new clients. Field mapping, assist client website and IT resources as needed to successfully setup product.
• Deliver one-on-one marketing automation training's including setup requirements, best practices, campaign configuration, etc…
• Support Tier II MAP escalations from the Helpdesk (Tier I). Conduct client calls, webinars, screen-shares as needed to resolve client concerns.
• Create best practice campaigns and templates for different healthcare verticals
• Conduct weekly office hours for clients/co-workers/marketing agencies.
• Build client and/or agency resources for all things marketing automation and analytics.
• Execute, audit, consult, implement, and manage campaign and lead processing projects for clients using Enquire’s marketing automation platform.
• Help prepare training documentation and video resources
• Lead client calls and translate and solve for business requirements and troubleshoot client issues.
• Have experience with B2C lead to revenue lifecycle, including understanding opportunity stages, MA to CRM field mapping, lead attribution and ROI reporting, and lead scoring.
• Producing technical specifications for campaigns, assets, and lead processing workflows.
• Helping a client work through a tricky technical challenge or running QA to ensure their campaign follows guidelines and is working properly

What we are looking for:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree. Degrees in marketing or closely related discipline preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a marketing automation technical expert with exposure to a range of MA products – some of your work has likely been in a digital marketing agency
• Expert level technical skills – certifications help validate your expertise
• Experience with system integration, data migration and validation
• Deep understanding of high-level campaign strategies and the ability to translate them into detailed execution plans that can be implemented by any team member.
• A disciplined approach to managing tasks, projects, programs, and activities – individually and as a leader of product
