Agility is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Automation Manager who is curious-natured with excellent problem-solving skills to join our downtown Denver corporate headquarters, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing.  In this role, you will create and execute strategies for our day-to-day marketing operations that drive our go-to-market strategies and deliver results. You will become the owner of Pardo and the marketing team’s technology stack.  You will be responsible for providing accurate marketing results, insights, analysis, and overall reporting for the marketing and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Agility’s marketing technology stack, marketing automation, sales CRM integration, and reporting
  • Input to planning processes, marketing spend, and developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Design, develop, and maintain core marketing automation systems and processes
  •  Assist the demand generation team with lead generation, lead flow tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, e-mail marketing programs, website forms, and conversations
  • Manage marketing technology stack including data flow, integrations, permissions, and big fixes across systems
  • Manage e-mail marketing automation system: execute regular campaigns, develop, and document appropriate processes, provide tracking and reporting to the marketing team
  • Manage list hygiene and activation, personalization, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Support marketing and executive teams in reporting actionable insights
  • Maintain and continuously improve marketing track and analytics systems
  • Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be used by the marketing team, executive team, and Agility Board of Directors
  • Develop cross-departmental dashboards with sales CRM to show marketing effectiveness in relation to revenue results
  • Identify, monitor, and report on insights, gaps, and opportunities
  • Collaborate and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to help track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Partner with sales operations team to ensure data and process integrity, as well as integrations between marketing automation, sales automation, and sales CRM systems

 

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferably in a revenue-oriented, growth organization with a heavy emphasis on sales and marketing
  • Experience managing marketing technology in a B2B marketing environment. Preference given to candidates with B2B software or SAAS experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and processes including campaign execution, conversion, and measurement. Preference given to candidates with Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua experience or certification.
  • Salesforce or other sales CRM tool experience
  • Web analytics tools experience (Google Analytics or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel and data measuring skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills with great attention to detail and respect for deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external partners
