This Marketing Automation Manager position is an opportunity to work on a cutting-edge SaaS product, designed from scratch, running on AWS and using the latest technology stacks. You’re a fit for this role if you excel in and enjoy both the technical and strategic aspects of CRM and Marketing Automation relevant to the healthcare industry.

What will you do:

  • Manage Marketing Automation platform migrations and integrations
  • Work daily in Act-On, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IBM Acoustic
  • Provide strategic guidance on demand-gen marketing automation campaigns for clients and internal marketing teams
  • Troubleshoot complex MA and CRM issues
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to formulate actionable insights
  • Engage directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams
  • Generate process documentation, training materials, and client presentations
  • Own on-going campaign management through reporting, analysis, performance monitoring, and insights gathering all to provide optimization recommendations (the output of these initiatives are optimization recommendations)

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of similar working experience including: Extensive hands-on experience across multiple marketing automation platforms (Preferred: Act-On, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IBM Acoustic)
  • Background working at a large marketing agency in a client-facing role
  • Expertise to advise internal and external stakeholders on both technical and business impacts of marketing automation, customer relationship management and reporting platforms
  • Competency to communicate complex information in an understandable manner to internal and external parties with varying knowledge of marketing automation practices
  • Ability to devise actionable strategies out of (sometimes) vague requirements
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and scale solutions for productization across clients
  • Capability to craft successful marketing automation campaigns within given budgets
  • Skill to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Obtain in-depth knowledge of XXX to drive testing and XX recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
