Job Description

Conga is looking for a creative problem solver with an analytical mind for our Marketing Automation Manager role. You must be passionate about continuous improvement and love diving into details, data, ROI and processes. Marketing automation manager will be responsible for managing the Pardot marketing automation platform at Conga and will be responsible for both the integration and technical support in addition to optimizing performance. The integrations that need to be supported include the customer relationship management system, event management platform, webinar platform, and other items in the technology stack. Optimization responsibilities include automation, lead scoring, workflows, processes, forms, landing pages, and tracking. Our marketing automation manager must be comfortable analytically focused and comfortable interpreting data and communicating the results to stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Conga’s marketing automation platform (Pardot) and it’s integrations for operational excellence.

• Creating and continually optimizing marketing automation platform performance including automation, forms, landing pages, segmentation, and lead routing.

• Establish a best-in-class marketing automation program that drives revenue and brand awareness

• Review existing marketing initiatives across the business and identifying areas to automate for increase efficiency and accurate reporting of results.

• Creating and continuously optimizing top of funnel workflows to deliver a steady stream of qualified leads.

• Working collaboratively to report on all campaigns, make changes where necessary, and ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.

• Provide marketing metrics and analysis to internal stakeholders. Must be expert in Pardot reporting and proficient in Salesforce.com reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing or a related field

• 2+ years experience as a Pardot administrator, Certified Administrator preferred.

• 3-5 years experience working in a marketing organization.

• Salesforce.com administrator experience a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and able to interpret and communicate results to stakeholders.

• B2B SaaS experience a plus
