We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager, preferably a HubSpot expert, to support the Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data related to demand generation activities, marketing campaigns, tactics and programs and then using that data to improve the funnel and conversion rates, along with managing functions—such as SEO and web optimization—assigned by marketing leadership. The ideal candidate has a broad background in digital marketing and will be able to demonstrate their ability to develop and manage projects, analyze information gained and present to sales & marketing leaders in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for campaign buildout and execution (e.g. landing pages, templates, forms, workflows, A/B testing, list building, tracking URLs, etc.)
  • Work across Marketing organization to test, report, recommend change and optimize demand creation strategies including but not limited to SEO, web site optimization, email nurturing and deliverability, social media, events and content
  • Manage lead and demand generation marketing efforts across all channels such as search, social, email, retargeting, online ads, and website by implementing best practices and using data and insights for continued success
  • Define and maintain plan for the continual improvement, management and optimization of the ZOLL demand generation ecosystem to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with marketing and sales operations to develop lead management excellence including execution of lead development, nurturing and scoring
  • Optimize lead scoring and distribution of qualified leads to Sales Development for increased call efficiency, meetings booked, and conversion to pipeline
  • Benchmark the current demand generation activities, performance and investment against industry best practices to provide recommendations and roadmap for improvements
  • Build and improve the marketing reporting and analysis processes, with the goal of demonstrating marketing’s impact on bookings, and to provide insight for future optimization. Deliver such reports on a regular cadence to track progress against KPIs and to remove barriers
  • Manage reports and dashboards to provide detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels as well as measure, monitor and optimize the funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opportunity and provide regular reporting to leadership teams
  • Lead the development and management of marketing infrastructure/technology stack through collaboration with sales, marketing and IT
  • Maintain and improve the quality and governance of the marketing database, with tactics such as list segmentation, data enrichment projects to improve targeting, data cleansing, and lists using relevant data services
  • Ensure accurate synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce databases, and that processes are in place to maintain data integrity between both

Qualifications

  • CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Advanced marketing automation experience, preferably HubSpot
  • Understands a variety of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot and other Business Intelligence suites or other Marketing Database Management Systems
  • Experience with channels such as Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social and Mobile, and can effectively integrate efforts across platforms
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • A passion for Marketing Ops and Digital Marketing, and a desire to lead the continual improvement of demand gen processes and strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and, strong interest in working within a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented disposition with ability to facilitate and own cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and see them through from inception to completion
  • Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills

 

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years of automation program management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Liberal Arts
