We are looking for an experienced marketing automation professional in HubSpot or similar with the additional talent of translating data into easy to understand marketing content and infographics.  If you know how to wrangle digital channels and automation, can create compelling messaging through the written word, and can get people excited about data by presenting it in easy to understand graphics, we may have the most interesting product you’ll ever be associated with.

We are an early-stage, funded software firm that provides safety solutions to businesses with 20 – 30,000 users.  Our software identifies and reduces the impact of fatigue, emotional distraction, substance intoxication, and illness in workers.  Once a potential risk has been identified, a protocol of respectful communication between an employee and their company ensues to manage it.  We have reduced accidents in the workplace, brought people closer together, and helped companies become safer and more human.  Our website at www.predictivesafety.com can introduce you to our products.  That website is also something you’d be working on.

What you can expect from us:

The opportunity to be an integral part of a team on the cutting edge of technical innovation

An environment where each day brings different challenges, opportunities and connection to the fast-growing business of human performance in the workplace

An expectation of wholehearted participation

Respect and inclusiveness from your first day

Competitive pay with comprehensive benefits that include paid time off, medical dental, life, and disability

A realistic attitude towards your work-life balance

What we’ll expect from you:

Experience marketing B2B technology

The ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Hubspot

Basic website editing skills

Writing skills for authoritative blog posts that also move decision-makers to act

The ability to translate data into layperson information with compelling infographics

Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform

Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint

Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills and rapid responses to team members

Experience with managing multiple deadlines
