You have deep customer empathy and excel at communicating benefit to the customer to our target market in all forms. You are equally adept at evaluating the results of campaigns and improving various stages of the funnel. In owning these and other marketing duties, you enjoy being able to take initiative and chart your own course for success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain marketing messaging and collateral to drive channel growth.
• Conduct and measure marketing campaigns and help with those conducted by and with our partners.
• Share our story with partners, the startup community and the financial services industry at large by participating in various meetings, meetups and conferences.
• Support the creation and maintenance of our website and other creative assets to promote our brand and discovery / adoption of our service.
• Build upon the reputation of Commerce Sync as the best solution in market by curating various aspects of social proof (e.g. app listing reviews, customer profiles, social media engagement and so on.)

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience at a technology or financial services company
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in copy
• Sharp mind eager to assess and provide recommendations based upon internal metrics and market trends
• A self-starter who takes initiative in crafting creative approaches to market engagement

Preferred:

Previous experience in / with any of the following areas are a plus:

• Familiarity with accounting concepts / industry
• Facility with design, video or front-end skills (HTML / JS / CSS)
• Google Analytics, Mandrill / Mailchimp or Squarespace
