Marketing Associate Job Description: 

We are actively seeking a Marketing Associate to work at our office here in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of many different marketing/advertising outlets. This includes a focus on digital marketing and campaign production. This candidate should be highly detail oriented and dedicated to time management and creative solution-based focus.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign production including email and landing page creation, list building, lead nurturing set-up
  • Assist with campaign reporting and analytics
  • Assist with customer communications
  • Assist with website updates
  • Coordinate event registration and logistics
  • Assist with social media monitoring/posting and employee advocacy platforms

Daily Tasks:

  • Actively contribute to marketing programs including campaign production, email and landing page creation, lead nurture production, website updates, events and more
  • Coordinate registration and logistics for 9 tradeshows and one large user conference
  • Curate content for employee advocacy program
  • Monitor and post to social media platforms
  • Provide production and logistical support for core digital marketing functional areas, including content marketing, social media, marketing operations, tradeshow and events, and marketing communications/creative

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years of relevant marketing experience required
  • B2B technology, agency, and/or digital marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with effective marketing skills
  • Time management and proven problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of contemporary digital marketing practices and production workflows, graphic design concepts, and marketing automation best practices required
  • Self-confident, self-directed, forward thinking, detailed-oriented
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua
