Marketing Associate, Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships
Ibotta is seeking a Marketing Associate, Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States
What you'll do:
- Work with the Director of Brand and Social media manager to build and implement at scale influencer and affiliate strategies that drive brand awareness and adoption
- Create original, engaging and informational campaign briefs that support overall influencer and affiliate strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure influencer marketing supports overall brand and marketing goals
- Regularly communicate with influencer and affiliate partners in order to foster strong relationships and ensure a strong understanding of product offerings
- Consistently source and vet new partners across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others
- Manage and evaluate inbound collaboration and partnership requests
- Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitor and influencer activity across social platforms
- Monitor social media coverage and create monthly and weekly reports that track influencer posts and show campaign results and KPIs
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing or a related discipline
- 2+ years professional experience within the influencer marketing/ affiliate industry , social media or PR
- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing strategy and execution
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Adapts quickly to changes in strategic direction
- Ability to manage several projects and their moving parts accurately and simultaneously
- Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, excellent communicator
- Keen aesthetic sense and eye for quality content
- Creative, resourceful, and willing to bring new ideas for influencer campaigns and partnerships to the table
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to evaluate program ROI
Nice to have:
- Experience with influencer/ affiliate management tools such as Impact Radius

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
- Base compensation range: $48,000-$58,000. This compensation range is specific only to Colorado and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
