What You’ll Do:
SambaSafety is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in our Denver, CO corporate headquarters.
The Marketing Coordinator is a valued member of the Marketing Team and is focused on the administrative support and tactical execution of marketing programs. We are looking for someone who loves living in the details, but can also stay two steps ahead. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and customer/partner goals. Success in this role requires strong organizational capability, attention to detail, technical aptitude, excellent writing skills, and a willingness to jump into any project the team is tasked with. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Support email campaigns, online webinars, tradeshows, events, and more
- Collaborate internally with our Digital Marketing team to track and measure programming success
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or communications
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, and content marketing
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Keen eye for detail and eagerness to contribute to a team
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
