Marketing Analyst

Altvia is seeking a strategic, yet execution-focused Marketing Analyst with strong data skills to take our nurturing and conversion programs to the next level. This role will manage our HubSpot instance and work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Salesforce Admin as well as other cross-functional teams to drive sales accepted leads and new logo acquisition.

The Marketing team is responsible for delivering prospects ready for a conversation, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness for our growth-focused organization. If you are motivated by rapidly testing new ideas, measuring and communicating results, and assisting prospects throughout the buyer’s journey by delivering the right content at the right time, you will thrive in this role.

Our primary product offerings include pipeline management, portfolio tracking, investor correspondence, secure sharing of documents with external parties, and data visualization.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Altvia’s HubSpot instance including:

    • List, segmentation, and subscription management

    • Workflows and nurturing campaigns

    • Email and landing pages

    • Reporting and performance of marketing and sales campaigns

    • Integration with Salesforce (specifically campaigns, accounts, and contacts)

    • Lead and predictive scoring

    • Data enrichment and other integration sources

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create impactful nurturing campaigns for in-market and stale/lost prospects

  • Create email & landing page content for use in 1:1 and 1:many communications

  • Optimize content and cadence to increase conversion rates and drive more quality prospects into the Sales pipeline

  • Manage and communicate performance of campaigns, website updates,  and other marketing programs to continue to drive innovation and testing

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements to incorporate into data and marketing systems--driving consistency throughout the system and across teams

  • Act as a subject matter expert on email marketing and automation best practices

What you bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email and marketing automation programs (preferably HubSpot)

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong data analysis skills to take reports beyond creation to making actionable decisions

  • Ninja-like Excel skills and insightful report building

  • Strong writing and project management skills

  • An ambitious attitude and a desire for continuous improvement

Bonus points for:

  • An understanding of Private Equity / Alternative Asset Management

  • Account-based Marketing tools and program experience

  • HTML or CSS coding capabilities for editing responsive templates and landing pages
