FIND A HOME FOR YOUR ADMINISTRATION SKILLS AT INVITEDHOME

At InvitedHome, we love a great vacation, and we know you do too. Helping families and friends find an unforgettable vacation home is rewarding and fulfilling, and we believe a career with us should feel the same way. If you have a keen interest in marketing with past experiences as a team contributor, have a meticulous eye for detail, are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing demands, and want to be a part of a rapidly growing company in the exciting hospitality industry, we would love to bring you onboard.

WHO WE ARE

InvitedHome is the next great hospitality brand, combining the service and consistency of fine hotels with beautiful private homes in amazing destinations. We believe vacations are essential to the soul. We believe every person deserves to be treated like a human being. We believe in always staying ahead of our competition. And we believe a team of people who share those values can become the undisputed leader in vacation rentals by putting the joy back into home ownership and creating priceless memories for anyone, anytime, anywhere.

WHO YOU ARE

You have 2-4 years of experience in administration, project management coordination, or a related field. You’re flexible and patient, and can manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You have worked for others where you have demonstrated proactive forward thinking to streamline a hectic daily schedule.  The words “that’s not my job” aren’t in your vocabulary, and you're always willing to help out a teammate. Above all, you take pride in your work, and strive to support the administrative aspects of a busy marketing department and help support our Chief Marketing Officer so that she can be a rainmaker. You will be an important contributor to our growth strategy by helping us perform on all cylinders.  If this is you, you might be the perfect fit as the Marketing Administrator at InvitedHome.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We’re building a global hospitality brand that delivers quality, high-end vacation rental and property management services, and a comprehensive approach to marketing is part and parcel of becoming the undisputed leader in our space. In this role, you’ll help us grow our brand by keeping our Marketing Department running smoothly. And while we will teach you the business, you already have the strong customer service skills and ready-to-go work ethic to hit the ground running.  And although marketing administration is the focus of this position, this is your chance to join us in the early stages, get to know what makes us one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, and then make your mark as an indispensable part of the team by contributing to all facets of marketing while assisting our CMO with daily tasks and projects. An “early stage” growth company often means you’ll be assisting to help get the job done - sometimes from A-Z - but this also means you’ll get a great deal of experience. You’ll learn new skills and further hone the ones you already have, and if there’s something you don’t know, we’ll be there to train you. If you are looking to use your strong administrative skills to streamline a highly productive marketing department which handles: print, digital, social media, email marketing, promotional & sales materials, public relations, partnerships and sponsorships, we may be the right match for you.

HOW ELSE?

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Working closely with our CMO to manage travel, expenses, proactive communication and time management.
  • Helping with presentation preparation, centralization and standardization of all marketing materials and assist the field (sales) with ongoing changes & requests.
  • Managing the inbound requests for the Marketing Department, including specialty & promotional items and vetting both the products and vendors.
  • Assisting with direct mail database management.
  • Coding invoices and expense reports for the marketing expenditures.
  • Managing the marketing team’s vendors and processing payments.
  • Liaison with our partners and streamline the communication.
  • Order materials from our print vendor when needed and ship items to our field team members.
  • Budget management a plus.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

InvitedHome is an early stage growth company, and as such, everyone wears many hats. Everyone works together, and pitches in to get the job done and done well, whatever it takes. And we like it this way. If you thrive in that type of environment, we invite you to discover the joy of a career with InvitedHome. Perks include:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous vacation policy (“vacations are essential to the soul” applies to you, too)
  • Health, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance
  • Enjoy discounted stays at any of our properties in our ever-growing portfolio
  • Best of all: We are a passionate, well-backed company that can provide a career trajectory where the sky truly is the limit.
