Reporting to the Vice President of Digital, the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will be a data-driven marketing leader with experience in B2C demand generation. This leader will have a deep background in digital marketing and will manage traditional marketing campaigns.  This role will play a key role in the development of our demand generation strategy, from awareness to acquisition. This role will work to expand our patient acquisition campaigns and participate in developing a predictable model for demand creation as we expand our geographic footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a leading role in the demand generation strategy, execution, and optimization for both online and offline channels (PPC, Display, Social, SEO, Content, Analytics, CRO, Email, Direct Mail, TV, Radio)
  • Team with senior leadership to define investment strategies, identify tactics best suited to reach our target audiences, and prioritize critical KPIs
  • Develop a “test-measure-learn” approach and produce clear reporting on audience performance, leading to data-driven decisions that improve business results
  • Partner with the internal growth/marketing team and external agencies to generate an increasing number of high-quality leads tied to monthly/yearly goals
  • Paid Search: Direct management of large-scale PPC campaigns including optimization of ads and landing pages to capture high-quality leads
  • SEO & Content: Develop programs that improve organic search rankings, drive leads and maximize investment in SEO and Content
  • CRO & Website: Leverage A/B and multivariate experiments to increase conversion rates
  • Offline: Work with media buying partners to efficiently target our awareness audience
  • Reporting: Develop and manage reporting of demand generation KPIs, campaign effectiveness and monthly/yearly budgets

Qualifications: 

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing planning, execution and reporting (offline awareness marketing with TV/radio a plus)
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership
  • Possess outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Experience working within fast growing companies, and know how to scale demand generation
  • Ability to present complex concepts and analysis in a clear, succinct, and organized manner
  • Technical acumen with a track record to quickly learn new skills and assimilate new technologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills with deep cross-functional collaboration is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • Agency experience required

Proficient with:

  • CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle or similar)
  • Marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Digital tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GMB, Data Studio, Optimize, Heap)
  • Project management (Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Analytics and data platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Excel)
  • Web Content Management System (Wordpress, Figma)

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related area
  • Relevant experience working with multi-unit or franchise businesses
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environment
