Job Summary

DispatchHealth seeks a Manager of Talent Marketing and Engagement to help establish a brand known for attracting and retaining top talent, and support its growth through the execution of targeted marketing, communications and engagement campaigns across multiple mediums. This position must bring a strong track record of success in marketing, communications and engagement campaigns that are compelling and data-driven and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment with quickly evolving deadlines. This position reports to the Director of Employee Engagement and will work closely with recruiting, training and performance management leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Create an effective employer brand strategy that will build a healthy candidate pipeline in existing and new markets, using short-term, medium-term and long-term tactics that are measurable and flexible to meet evolving needs
  • Hone our employer value proposition by:
    • Reviewing best-in-class company recruiting campaigns
    • Engaging with employees to identify DispatchHealth differentiators and curating stories/testimonials to be used in recruitment outreach efforts to attract qualified candidates
    • Creating a communications platform to reach key audiences (general and key specialties), ensuring that recruitment strategies reach the right audiences with the right messages
  • Enrich DispatchHealth careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials that convey life at work and ensuring that recruitment activities are visible across all DispatchHealth-owned channels and aligned with other company strategies
  • Coordinate, execute, measure, and optimize all employer branding activities including thought leadership and top employer recognition, paid and earned media, SEO/SEM, website content creation, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Build relationships across DispatchHealth departments to support recruiting efforts and leverage shared resources including analytics, graphics, and other branding elements
  • Support and amplify recruiting strategies with fresh and compelling content
  • Manage CRM systems and other communication tools used for engaging talent
  • Support communication and engagement campaigns with employees to strengthen connections and culture and celebrate employee commitment and contributions
  • Engage and educate leadership team on outreach efforts, specifically in how they can reinforce our strategies through their personal profiles, social media posts and thought leadership pieces and speaking opportunities
  • Educate employees on ongoing activities and support them with talking points as needed
  • Support onboarding and performance management initiatives to help employees have a best-in-class experience from Day 1 going forward.
  • Support affirmative action and diversity/inclusion initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing and communications
  • Expertise with CRM systems and pipeline development
  • Expertise in social media, advertising, earned and paid media
  • Experience building, executing and evaluating marketing and communications campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional work ethic and tolerance for irregular schedule
  • Comfort and composure in a high-stress environment
  • Strong understanding of creative development, design and video production
  • Experience managing vendors and maintaining marketing budgets
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures
  • Initiative to propose new and creative ideas
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent references
