Why this role

The Social Media Manager will be an advocate and amplifier of our brand. You will oversee all aspects of Evolve’s organic social media presence including strategy, content execution, community engagement, and reporting. You will thrive on both the creative and analytical sides of social media and hold a true love for collaboration. Your efforts will integrate with our wider marketing team to ensure our organic channels are a positive touchpoint on the customer journey and that they represent our vision to become the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.


What you’ll do

  • Oversee the management of Evolve’s social media channels, content strategy and execution, and community engagement.
  • Refine and execute our platform-specific social media strategies, coordinating with stakeholders across the marketing team to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute a measurement plan and process to define metrics for success and regularly provide feedback and data-driven insights gained with key stakeholders.
  • Support our social media team to ensure the voice of our online community is shared with and acted upon by key stakeholders.
  • Own the training, development, workflow, and mentorship of our social media team.
  • Act as the social media customer service lead within Evolve, working with customer-facing teams to problem solve and iterate on the current protocol.
  • Focus on strategic innovation to drive engagement and growth by building out tests to prove out hypotheses and making recommendations based on your findings.
  • Write project briefs alongside our social media team and creative team to define objectives and KPIs for organic campaigns and content series.
  • Monitor, research, and leverage industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to grow Evolve’s brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the PR team during times of crisis management.
  • Be available outside of standard business hours as needed.


What makes you a great fit 

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management.
  • 2+ years of experience in people leadership.
  • Extremely strategic, process-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work on both the creative and analytical side of social media management.
  • Proven experience improving engagement through social media.
  • Deep knowledge of mainstream and up-and-coming social media channels and community platforms.
  • Advanced platform experience with Google Analytics, Agorapulse, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Flexible with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume social media landscape.
  • Has an eye for accuracy with extreme attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgement and situational management during high-visibility, high-pressure, and fast-moving crises.
  • Holds a genuine love for collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality and the overall customer experience.
  • Proven experience developing and executing compelling social strategies at high growth companies is a plus.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.


Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! 


Compensation

For this role our salary range is $84,000 to $96,000, depending on relevant experience.

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
