Zoom is looking for a Manager, Marketing Enablement who will develop a consistent approach to operationalize enablement across the marketing teams to allow the evolution and growth of our marketing organization. This role will drive communication & enablement aligned to our business goals across the global marketing teams. This role will be part of the Marketing Operations team which supports Marketing core and qualifying Sales teams.
People manage a team of Enablement managers who support our Marketing and qualifying Sales team
Develop a marketing enablement strategy and plan that includes best-in-class learning curriculums to improve marketing learning and alignment
Conduct a competency gap assessment plus audit of current marketing training assets
Create an on-boarding plan for new marketers to align with new employee on-boarding initiatives
Collaborate with marketing operations teams to deliver marketing training plans that are aligned with company and global priorities and objectives.
Drive awareness and utilization of global and regional plans and dashboards to accomplish standardized reporting, lead excellence, budget management processes & systems
Leads efforts to define and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting and analyzing results
Develop marketing operations communication strategy to drive greater engagement with key stakeholders and awareness of team processes and capabilities.
5-8+ years related work experience in Marketing Enablement, Sales Enablement, Training, or similar in SaaS
Experienced team leader
Excellent spoken and written skills with a proven ability to communicate internally
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced highly demanding environment.
Results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail oriented, and highly organized
BA or BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, Teaching or similar
Experience collaborating with global teams
