Manager, Digital Marketing Demand Generation, Commercial
The Manager of Digital Marketing Demand Generation, Commercial will be responsible for the development and execution of the Commercial Marketing Demand Generation digital strategy supporting inbound lead and pipeline generation objectives. This will include budget management, campaign tracking, and optimization to drive continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Commercial Demand Generation Marketing team, and coordinate with Corporate Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Execute paid digital ad strategy, media placements and sponsorships, content syndication, and campaigns across all digital assets
Create and manage inbound lead flow from digital campaigns to meet segment pipeline goals for new and existing business
Liaise between the Digital team and Demand Generation team on all programs for consistent messaging and strategy across buyer’s journey
Provide campaign subject matter expertise and campaign strategy insight to cross functional teams including the greater Marketing org, Sales, Business Development, Partner and Customer
Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases, leveraging tactics across all stages of the funnel
Play a key role in the project management of digital campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are tracked and campaigns are implemented in the planned timeframes, including budget and ROI tracking
Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; produce regular reports and to demonstrate campaign progress and areas of success
Identify gaps based on current KPIs and research and identify new campaigns to fill those gaps
Assist in the development of an account based marketing strategy for companies and organizations not otherwise targeted by Conga’s Field Marketing efforts
Research and identify new B2B technology focused digital advertising opportunities that drive both brand awareness and qualified leads for new and existing customers
Master the Conga value proposition across all product lines and be able to articulate it in both written and verbal communications, including campaign emails, lead nurture emails, webinar overviews and ad copy
Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software
A minimum of 2 years of SaaS/on-demand software experience in either marketing or sales
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft and other marketing communication and automation best-practices
Experience with building or modifying web and landing pages within a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal or a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo highly desired
Be a high-performance team player who can work cross functionally
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Analytical approach to solving business, marketing and sales problems, and ability to identify trends and opportunities
