CRM Manager Job Description

We’re searching for a CRM Manager to join our growing Customer & Conversion team. This role will be responsible for owning customer segments and optimizing their communication stream across multiple channels. Reporting to the Director of Growth, CRM & Retention, we are looking for a candidate that is passionate about finding that next game-changing segment of users and using channels like Email, Push and SMS to nurture them to conversion. Our ideal candidate will bring a highly-analytical, cross-channel and seasoned planning skillset to the role, ready to be a key thought partner to the Traffic team. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a fast-growing and well-known consumer startup.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategy and execution of customer segments across CRM channels - from first-time registrants to our best repeat customers
  • Lead the scaling of new-to-Havenly mobile-first channels like Push and SMS
  • Rigorously test and analyze campaign and journey performance to ensure each message drives results without increasing customer churn
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Tech and Product teams to solve bigger business challenges with well-thought out customer communication streams
  • Be an expert on CRM tool integrations used for segmentation, our ESP, our Push notification partner & more
  • Collaborate with the Growth & Creative teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve time to conversion and capitalize on new leads across all funnel stages

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing with 2+ years of experience in email marketing specifically. Preference for those with experience in consumer services businesses!
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools; specifically within the consumer services space is a bonus.
  • You will need to be strategic, and comfortable spearheading new initiatives from conception to creative development to execution to analysis and back again.
  • Technical CRM tool expertise - bonus points for tools like Simon, SendGrid & Airship!
  • A deep understanding of CRM KPIs and analytics tools like Looker.
  • You’re an Excel powerhouse and excited about combining many data sources into one easy to digest report.
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done.

  • Thorough familiarity and passion for data-driven lifecycle marketing, retention, and testing frameworks at scale.
  • A self-starting and ownership attitude to seize opportunities that make an impact.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $75-105K/year, dependent upon experience
