The purpose of the Lead Generation Manager role on our Sales & Marketing team is to support the mantra of ‘Guiding Church Leaders to a Better How’ by designing and driving a comprehensive demand generation strategy, spanning from acquisition to engagement to conversation. This leader thrives on metrics and is an expert at using marketing automation tools to develop marketing campaigns that optimize the flow of qualified leads to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the company
  • Responsible for creating and executing demand-creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics
  • Guides the day to day activities of the Marketing Team in accordance with our company values, business needs, and priorities
  • Creates effective strategies to advance our use of Hubspot and Salesforce integrations and guides implementation automation and nurturing campaigns
  • Designs and drives a comprehensive demand generation strategy integrating and leveraging tactics and tools including search engine marketing, email, webinars, events (in conjunction with Partner Development role) social media, posts, radio and trade publications.
  • Effectively motivates, collaborates, delegates and leads within and across teams
  • Meets and exceeds organizational, team, and individual goals while meeting financial and spending budgets

What you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation (Hubspot preferred or Pardot or Marketo)
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of B2B preferred (B2C exceptions) marketing experience, with a heavy focus in demand/lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management roles required
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative expertise identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
  • Experience optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
