The Zoom Product Marketing team is a world class, experienced group of marketers focused on building and communicating solutions to the world as we transition back to the office and classroom. As a Zoom Product Marketing Manager, you will own every aspect of your product’s positioning, communication, and narrative.

Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive awareness & growth of our expanding suite of Zoom SDKs. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our ISV group, product, sales, and marketing teams to help expand market awareness and adoption, build enablement assets and sales plays, and be an active stakeholder in ISV program plans.

 

Responsibilities:

  • GTM orchestration— from program and project management to driving strategic GTM alignment and execution across business functions. You are responsible for the overall implementation of GTM. 

  • Create content – Generate developer-centric marketing content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and more to facilitate developer velocity. 

  • Drive developer solution awareness — You will educate developers, partners, ISVs and customers on the features, value propositions, and capabilities of Zoom SDKs to further adoption and market penetration.

  • Support high-velocity release cycles for a new emerging product that’s constantly evolving and improving.

  • Be the voice of the developer in this public-facing role. You will work with our Developer Relations and ISV teams to evangelize and validate Zoom SDKs with developer and integrator communities.

  • Gathering market intelligence – Understand SDK developers’ needs through metrics and analysis, and build assets to help developers overcome challenges, and increase developer engagement with our platform.

  • Collaborate with product management, ISV and marketing teams to build campaigns that reach and resonate with developer & integrator audiences.

  • Become an expert on how SDKs and other Zoom Developer Platform solutions co-exist with the rest of the Zoom communications platform.

  • Develop core messaging, decks, competitive sales plays and content for target segments.

  • Work with other Developer Platform stakeholders to help advise Zoom’s marketing team on how & where to reach an audience that’s unique to Zoom with data-backed decision-making. 

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product management or marketing of developer solutions.

  • Previous experience marketing developer products 

  • You’ve run launches and understand how to work cross-functionally with players in ABM, PR/Comms, Sales Enablement, Brand, Advertising, Digital, Social to execute a GTM plan

  • Experience presenting to technical audiences and generating content for developers

  • You are self-motivated, self-driven, and can operate independently in ambiguous situations

  • You know how to launch brand new products in emerging markets

  • You rely on data-driven direction and have a never-ending curiosity to keep getting to the root cause of something

  • You know how to communicate strategy and tactics upstreams and downstream

  • You have the organization skills to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders without them falling off your plate

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences

  • You’re a pro at building differentiated messaging and assets

  • You’re humble and have a natural curiosity to always learn more

  • You can multitask like nobody’s business

  • You are comfortable presenting in front of executives and large crowds

  • You are a team player and have strong interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (preferred)
