Greenhouse is looking for an Internal Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team!

With the Greenhouse team growing fast and spanning various locations, we’re looking for an experienced internal communications professional who will play a pivotal role in executing internal marketing campaigns and employer branding activities. This role will bridge a deeper connection and collaboration between our Marketing and People Teams by owning all internal marketing communication, keeping employees informed on Greenhouse marketing initiatives, and taking the lead role in driving our employer brand and awards program.

Reporting to the Director of Content & Communications on the Marketing Team and working closely with the Director of Internal Communications & Community on the People Team, you'll help build and implement cross-functional communication projects. The role will be highly collaborative and will require creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Be the key liaison and point person for all things Internal Communications on the Marketing team
  • Partner closely with the People Team in the development of communication plans and the execution of company-wide internal communication initiatives
  • Support our recruiting efforts by providing expert consultancy and accountability for employer branding while working with the Talent Acquisition Team to keep our external brand presence fresh
  • Work with the People Team and our Creative Team to create exciting and engaging employee experiences, including company-wide meetings and kickoffs
  • Elevate awareness of Marketing initiatives in Greenhouse as the primary campaign manager for internal marketing communications activities
  • Increase employee engagement around employer brand award participation, content sharing on social media and professional networks, and create excitement for employee events
  • Own and drive our employer brand initiative, including managing our awards program, external career site profiles, creating engaging content and more

You should have

  • Experience in internal communications or relevant marketing/HR/PR experience
  • An action-oriented work style with a strong sense of ownership
  • The ability to manage up and voice new ideas
  • Proven experience creating and executing global internal communications plans
  • Experience working in the tech-related field or SaaS, a plus
  • Experience using project management tools, a plus
  • Experience in using content creation tool or marketing tools, a plus

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $94,000 to $128,000
