In this newly created role of Integrated Campaign Manager, you will lead a virtual, cross-functional Marketing and Community team.

 

Together, you will address a global market opportunity, within a defined market segment, by introducing new demand generation strategies and driving precision campaign execution and optimization. 

 

Your analytical mindset will serve you well as you collaborate across our Marketing organization and broader Sales and Partner community to drive demand and uniquely differentiate Alteryx.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with global Marketing leadership to shape campaign themes for yearlong timeframes.
  • Create annual and quarterly campaign plans for global adoption and execution by Field and Regional Marketing Managers, with very tight project management and a DACI approach to drive clear accountability and a result-driven mindset.
  • Coordinate with key Marketing functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs.
  • Execute select, global demand tactics as defined in the quarterly plan and approved/funded by Field and Regional Marketing Managers.
  • Work with Insights team to measure campaign performance and with your virtual team to course correct as campaign execution unfolds.
  • Collaborate with global Regional and Field Marketing Managers to ensure campaign plans address regional opportunities and sales goals; ensure “always-on” learning and feedback.
  • Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing

 

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in Business or Marketing
  • 6+ years’ progressive experience in developing demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns within high-tech B2B environment
  • Proven ability to translate insights into short- and long-term marketing plans
  • Experience working in or with global Marketing teams, with deep understanding of how localization impacts planning and execution
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering results
  • Passion for driving innovation to creatively differentiate Alteryx 
  • Phenomenal track record of working across marketing functional areas
  • Courage to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements
  • Commitment to professionalism and personal growth
  • Ability to scale and grow with an organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B experience in high tech companies with varying degrees of maturity and growth strongly desired
  • Practioner-level knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience in leading collaboration and leveraging program management tools
  • Agency experience a plus
