OVERVIEW

As an Implementation Success Specialist, you will master the digital workflow across the Google Marketing Platform suite to provide end-to-end campaign fulfillment and provide ongoing support to ensure project requirements are completed to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Campaign Manager specifically in campaign trafficking, advertising operations, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape. 

 

THIS ROLE

  • Is a member of the Implementation Success Team
  • Provides consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging and tracking
  • Has the ability for drive innovation and growth of an up and coming service offering
  • Strives to meet all deadlines while delivering quality and exceptional service
  • Participates in direct client communication

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for delivering client-related tasks specific to the launching of ad campaigns including campaign planning, campaign trafficking/execution and quality assurance
  • Communicate with the client to gather required information such as scope and timeline, creative asset intake and rotation, tracking URLs, and 3rd party integrations
  • Execute campaign taskwork and implementation according to the client contract and be able to speak to project/task status
  • Assist in offshore team management through Asana, Slack and, other tools
  • Help to coordinate the self-assignment and delegation of campaign execution tasks through project management tools and ticketing systems (ex. Asana and Service Cloud)
  • Deliver regular communication to internal & external stakeholders related to status and performance
  • Influence development of tools to track, measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Provide ongoing operations support to ensure successful campaign execution delivery 
  • Participate and contribute to status meetings, team updates, and client calls/meetings 
  • Assist with other duties such as pulling reports or special projects as needed 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product features
  • Collaborate with internal teams on how to provide better service or improve workflow
  • Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to appropriate stakeholders

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years in an ad tech role with a digital agency, advertiser, or vendor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Impeccable attention to detail a must 
  • Learns quickly and is able to work autonomously
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional and advanced skills in Excel
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to achieve excellent customer service
  • Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
  • Hands on experience with ad serving technologies
  • Ability to thrive and in a cross-functional team environment and be a team player

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferably Marketing or Advertising; and two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Google Marketing Platform or Google Ads experience
  • Familiarity with online media buying and selling, advertising technology solutions, and ad network business models a plus
  • Experience working within a ticketing system such as Services Cloud
  • Enjoys Fast-Paced, Deadline Driven Environment
  • Google Marketing Platform certifications and/or advanced knowledge of at least one GMP product
