What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing:

• A deep understanding of our client's goals and challenges by leveraging your ability to ask great questions and active listening skills. The ability to outline strategies to address client needs in cohesive digital marketing plans with SMART goals and clear steps to those goals. Excellent communication skills to gain client agreement on strategic plans and action items.

• Adherence and understanding of the Intuitive Websites’ Four-Step Process involving Digital Strategy, Messaging, Inbound Marketing, and Data Analysis. 

• Using your creativity and strategic marketing expertise to define the concepts (tag lines, differentiation, CTAs, etc.) that will appear on the website, emails, ads, landing pages, etc.

• Ensuring client success and happiness while serving as a strategic trusted advisor throughout the life of the project, with data-driven thinking, people skills, and high EQ in regular bi-weekly client check-ins where you review relevant, timely, and effective reporting (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Heat Mapping, HubSpot, etc.) and drive optimization.  

• Utilizing your phenomenal leadership to continuously develop, support, and drive measurable results with your technical team of Digital Marketing Professionals (Google Ads Pay Per Click, Digital Funnel, SEO, Content/Storytelling, Social Media, and Usability and Conversions).

• Continuously growing your expertise in the digital marketing space, including in-depth knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and channels; lead scoring; lead gen funnels; optimization; etc., and sharing your knowledge with team members, clients, and prospects (via speaking, writing, and presenting is preferred). 

• Collaborating to continuously improve processes, profitability, operations, and overall growing the business within the Traction EOS framework (https://www.eosworldwide.com/). IW is an EOS company. 

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally with a marketing, business, or communications emphasis) preferred, but not required.

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing, implementing, and executing successful digital marketing strategies that align with and achieve company strategic goals and leading teams on execution.  

• Experience working in an agency setting is ideal, but not required. 

• Strong knowledge of HubSpot/Marketing Automation workflows.

• Ability to provide strategic guidance on all facets of digital marketing to team members and clients.

• Management and leadership experience is preferred.

Salary Range: $90-110K with bonus opportunities plus the generous benefits listed above.
