Amenify is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in our Denver office. This is a fascinating hybrid marketing role that allows creativity across multiple mediums.  The role will be focused on growing our subscriber base among the residents living at our partner communities. Amenify’s property customers leverage our platform for on-demand service-based amenities and high-quality living experiences for their residents.  We focus on Class A apartment communities in major US Markets.

The day-to-day operations will include leveraging our automation and planning tools to execute on a holistic marketing strategy to residents living at our customer communities.  Success is using our systems to drive purchases and subscriptions for our curated lifestyle services(home cleaning, dog walking, personal training etc).  

The best candidate’s experience is anchored in digital with a sharp eye for creative ways to leverage online to offline strategies.  You’ll use a combination of sms (for offense & defense), chat, email, and the physical built space of our communities to put together smart, omni-channel campaigns that are among many things, measurable. 

This is a dream role for a quantitative but scrappy marketer.  Imagine not having to fight for acquisition in the traditional media buying battlefields of search/amazon/or the app marketplace. All your CAC can be passed straight through to the consumer.  Imagine being able to use several channels in concert with each other to communicate a clear value proposition. Consumers today are fatigued by traditional media, and you’ll have unique access to untouched inventory for telling the Amenify story. 

We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of proven experience operating in a dynamic, fast moving environment in digital marketing or media planning. Further, we’re looking for someone who is a maniacally quantitative trailblazer.  You will clear a path in a new product vertical with a laser focus on Amenify’s goals.

You’ll likely rock this role if you:

• Have at least 3-5+ years experience working in digital marketing or media planning. 

• Can work to deeply understand the lifecycle of residents on the Amenify platform and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion.

• Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers.

• Measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale.

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, client services, and operations to meet ambitious growth targets.

• Are exceptional with written and verbal communication. You can write copy with jazz, polish and flawless grammar.
