We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with proven experience at a startup to join our Marketing team in Downtown Denver. What You’ll Do:
The Growth Marketing Manager will contribute to the strategic plan and drive daily execution of acquisition marketing activities. This person will be responsible for meeting aggressive growth goals, maintaining target ROI on all paid media channels, and identifying new repeatable channels for growth.
In our fast-paced startup environment, every day can (and will) be different. Your role is to take charge and assume responsibility for the following:
Meet aggressive growth goals across all channels (paid, earned, and owned)
Manage digital media spend across all paid channels such as FB, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Youtube, and others
Manage relationships with third party marketing agencies
Work with leadership to set budgets and efficiently allocate spend across all paid channels
Drive down acquisitions costs while increasing high-quality customer volume
Work cross-departmentally to ensure the health of newly-acquired audiences
Develop remarketing strategies to target potential customers and bring them back for conversion
Manage the development of new creative assets and optimize existing assets
Develop and execute A/B testing of digital creative and assets
Manage macro- and micro-level reporting and analysis of existing campaigns
Oversee landing page testing and optimization
Diversify the acquisition mix with creative “outside the box” solutions
Create acquisition loops to drive growth
Collaborate with retention and content marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Stay on top of industry changes and trends
Our Ideal Candidate Displays
A deep resonance with our mission and values as an organization
2-4 years of paid marketing experience in Facebook and Adwords
Proven experience testing and scaling new growth channels
Ninja-like marketing analysis and reporting skills with knowledge of advanced Excel functions
Experience with Mixpanel analytics or similar
Analytical, results-oriented mindset with strong creative streak
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering and design
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working in a startup that scaled over 3x in your time there
Experience marketing consumer apps, especially dating and social apps
Experience working with product teams to create viral growth loops
Experience building sales funnels and multi-channel campaigns
