This role will ideally be located in Denver, Colorado (other locations will be considered depending on the candidate) and will be responsible for creative execution across all visual assets nationally, owning the brand look and feel and evolving its expression as needed. This role will also drive efficiencies related to creative needs, so a process mindset will be key. Effective project management, self-direction, team collaboration, and innovative thinking will be hallmarks of the position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead creative execution, ensuring developed assets and campaigns resonate with their intended audiences and achieve the desired impact
  • Own the brand personality, voice, tone, and narrative across all brand touchpoints
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with other required creative resources to develop assets such as video, audio, and other content needs
  • Create visual assets including marketing campaigns, social media, one-sheeters, apparel, email content, collateral decks, BOD and annual reports, multimedia, and copy
  • Oversee and support organizational compliance to existing brand design guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and regional teammates to scope and complete design requests
  • Drive breakthrough ideas for design and content creation and follow current trends
  • Establish processes to drive workflow efficiencies for inbound requests

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years’ relevant work history
  • Experience as a designer in-house or at a marketing agency
  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

 

PREFERENCES

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Copywriting and/or video production skills
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in related field
  • Lived experience as a peer in recovery
